Troubleshooting Common Issues
- QR code won't scan: Make sure you're scanning with good lighting. Try opening the QR code image on a larger screen or printing it
- "eSIM not supported": Check that your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible. Carrier-locked phones may not support third-party eSIMs
- No data connection at destination: Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON. Try restarting your phone or toggling Airplane Mode on/off
- "Plan could not be added": Your eSIM may have already been installed. Each QR code can only be used once on one device

- Install before you travel — use hotel or airport WiFi if needed
- Keep your physical SIM active for calls and texts from home
- Use your eSIM for data-heavy activities: maps, messaging, social media
- Monitor your data usage in Settings to avoid running out
