Refund Policy

Simple rule: if you haven't used it, you can refund it.
✅ Not activated yet → 45-day full refund, any reason
Changed your trip? Bought the wrong country? Saw a cheaper deal? Just changed your mind? None of that matters. As long as the QR code has not been scanned and the eSIM has not been installed on any device, you have a full 45-day window to get your money back. No questions asked.
✅ Activated with quality issue → full refund or free replacement
After activation, if your eSIM has quality issues, you can apply for refund within 30 days. Quality issues include: connection failure, poor signal, missing data, or plan mismatch.
Just describe what's wrong — we'll review network logs from our side to understand the issue and find a fair resolution. You don't need technical proof; describing the symptom is enough. If we don't see eye to eye, PayPal Buyer Protection is your independent third-party backup — both sides can submit evidence and PayPal makes the final call.
❌ Only one case is not refundable
The eSIM was activated and the plan worked as described (data delivered per the spec you purchased). This is the fair line — once the service has been used as promised, the purchase is final.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned via PayPal within 1-3 business days, to the original payment source.

Two independent refund channels
Our policy windows: 45-day refund if not activated / 30-day refund if you experience a quality issue after activation.
These channels operate independently:
- Within our windows — contact us directly. Fastest and simplest: no reason needed if not activated; just describe symptoms if quality issue.
- Outside our windows — you can still file a PayPal dispute. PayPal is a neutral third party and decides based on evidence from both sides. We submit order data, activation records, data-usage logs, and connection logs as evidence.
We recommend contacting us first — typically resolved within 24 hours, no dispute process needed.
